Teachers, school staff, families, and accessibility reviewers are welcome to send feedback. We especially want to hear about unclear instructions, inaccurate content, accessibility barriers, or a game that did not work as expected in your classroom.
Email ClassGames
Include the game name, device or browser, and a short description of what happened. Do not include student names, photographs, assessment records, or other sensitive information.
Content and safety corrections
If a question has an incorrect answer, a prompt is unsuitable for an age group, or an activity creates a classroom safety concern, please identify the exact page and level. Safety, privacy, and factual corrections receive priority.
Response expectations
ClassGames is a small educational project, so immediate replies cannot be guaranteed. Reports can still be reviewed and used to improve future releases. The games remain available without contacting us or creating an account.
Accessibility information
When reporting an accessibility barrier, describe whether you were using a keyboard, touchscreen, switch device, screen reader, projector, or interactive whiteboard. Helpful details include the control you could not reach, the text that was difficult to read, and whether the issue occurred before or after starting an activity. Alternative access and inclusive participation are treated as core classroom requirements rather than optional enhancements.
What happens to feedback
Messages are used to investigate the reported issue and improve the service. Please send only information needed to understand the request. Correspondence is not added to marketing lists, used for behavioral advertising, or combined with learner profiles. A report may be summarized internally without identifying the sender so recurring usability, curriculum, and safety problems can be prioritized.
